I read that the American claimed his e-mail had been hacked a few days before the bombings. As for the incident on the LOC, it doesn't appear to be something that would escalate. We'll probably just hear some angry words from military spokesmen on both sides and that'll be the end of it.

I hope you are right. The history of the two goes back centuries all that at the time it wasn't called Pakistan until the British colony. It is the expand of Islam running into the Hindu area. Religous wars are ugly and both sides now have nuclear weapons. Hopefully that will make them consider the stakes.
