I think it's pretty crafty coy,even downright Uninternational,
and highly Uncosmopolitan for China to issue censor rules for
those using the Internet while attending the Olympics.I guess
the Hotels will make sure software is in place and all baggage checked
for laptops,etc that could use the internet.
This goes against what China agreed to,earlier.A pledge to offer
complete media freedom at the Games.

Sounds like somethin Nan Pelosi and Har Reid would do,before
taking August recess.

Before you know it, we're seeing censor bars on the women;s tops because the swimsuits reveal too much. Anybody else have the feeling that this could be a highly sensitive Olympic event (not just swimming, but for all events)?

These olympics should never been allowed at this venue. 'Nuff said.

Agreed. The Olympic events should accommodate to the needs of all countries and cultures in attendance. If you can't do that, then there's no purpose to select your city to be a host. I figured the IOC would know that...unless Beijing just fibbed about what they would do to get the games.

or they paid off IOC members most likely.
