I also can't believe they were allowed to keep the money. It's sorta like 'theft by deception'.

Well all cases like this in the USA they had to give it back.. (Although the USA is the greediest country in the world (Evident by all the spam produced here and bush signing the CAN SPAM act))

It's definitely considered theft - at least in this country, and we got our legal system from them. Of course going after people for theft would be bad PR.

Manchester is a very druggie town, gn crime is rife.
Apart from that, its the home of Manchester United-I luv them.
